From Couch to 10K - W1 - WO1

After struggling to stay afloat in the midst of what feels like massive stress, I turn back to running to try to function better. I am not sure if I am running to a better life style or running the hell away from what I consider to be stress in my life... but at this point it just doesn't matter and I pray that I can once again find the strength and stamina to keep going...

Went to Reagan HS track.. Gorgeous day... No music, but listened to radio on Larry's clip. Once on the track I walked 1/2 lap, then jog 1/2 lap, walk a half, jog a half for 1 mile.

Time

Baseline - 12:21 for the mile - 4.8 MPH - geck!
